New IOS 10.3.1 bug let you bypass icloud 32bit devices was showed on youtube using the most recent IOS10.3.1 on iPhone 5C. As other bugs before this one use the same method by pressing many times as possible to crash the IOS into the springboard. It seems it works in some 32bits devices if you try continually it may eventually bypass icloud . it will bypass but cellular will not activate using this method. I try on iphone 5c using ios 10.3.1.
