This is new video show same method remove icloud id in all activated devices, This still works on all models and all version also 9.2 and 9.3beta2
Last video showing remove and bypass icloud id with itunes , this new version is more easy also more stable. Itunes can be more dificulte also depend if itunes use more time to reset settings .

how this works :
need backup upi can use mine or you can make other one with no icloud and fmi off
then save it in your computer folder where idevicebackup2 files are
run cmd on windows and use my steps on video
run commands with your udid and the udid backup
now you need go to your idevice and reset settings ( make sure is reset not erase ) .
